How do I log into ClickPay? ›

Payments made by e-check (ACH) before 9:00PM EST on any given business day will typically debit from your bank account and settle the following business day. Payments made by debit or credit card can take 3-4 business days to settle depending on the date/time of the payment and the type of card.

What if they would rather use their mobile phone, or set up automatic payments to come out of either a checking account or pay by credit card each month, or split payments using different funding methods, what if they want to pay up to a maximum amount of their balance, but nothing more? Yes, ClickPay has that.

Reasons why a card payment may have been declined

The type of credit card, card number, or expiration date may have been entered incorrectly. The attempted transaction exceeds your account's single transaction limit. You may have to call your card company, gain authorization of the transaction and resubmit.

Paying by credit/debit card through ClickPay is quick and easy. Please note, additional fees may be charged when submitting your payment.

What is echeck on ClickPay? ›

Payments initiated through a resident's own bank website are swept electronically instead of the bank mailing a paper check.

You can either pay your full balance (if presented) or a fixed amount. If your full balance is presented and you wish to make an alternate amount, you may edit your payment amount before submitting. After submitting your payment, you will receive an email with a confirmation number for reference.
