Does Hermès do free repairs? ›

During the applicable International Warranty period of five (5) years, Hermès will make good on any production fault by repairing or replacing the affected watch or part thereof, provided that notice of any claimed defect has been given to Hermès within the International Warranty period of five (5) years.

Most items will need to be sent to Paris for expert restoration and will have an approximate lead time of 3 to 6 months.

If, despite your precautions, your jewelry is damaged (malfunction of the clasp, wear and tear of the links or setting), we invite you to take it in to a Hermès boutique where a personalised expert appraisal will be carried out and a repair suggested if necessary.

CLEANING FEES

A cleaning fee of $250 applies for all other detailed cleaning required for excessive cleaning including but not limited to trash, liquids, mud, and dirt.
