Amid Parisian winter’s frosty embrace, Hermès ushered in a world of sartorial warmth and sophistication with the unveiling of its Men’s Winter 2024 collection. The Palais d’léna was transformed into a sanctuary of laid-back luxury, meticulously curated by the visionary designer Véronique Nichanian.

Hermès’ men’s runway on Saturday, January 20, 2024, unfolded as a testament to subtlety, with muted tones and the stealth wealth aesthetic echoing throughout. The collection seamlessly marries luxury and functionality – where gum raincoats meet Prince of Wales check. At its core, the materials take center stage, ranging from deerskin flannel, and cashmere to alpaca, and iridescent wool cloth.

Leather, a hallmark of Hermès, found its place in the collection with narrowly tailored trousers, short pea coats, and parkas crafted in calfskin. This season narrative is without a doubt defined by versatility, as described by Hermès:
“The clothing’s construction is reinvented through play with shapes and counter shapes, with cuts and cutouts, with graphic signatures. . .
A muted palette lights up in acid strokes and deep shimmers. Heather, peat, pumpkin, anise, crocus, khaki. The evening, all in shades of black and brown, shades of matte and shiny, slices through a luminous winter night. Beneath the casual appearance, a sophistication breaks free.”

There are two new additions – the Fouree-Tout Étrivère and the Hermès Équipier pouches. Both evince a minimalistic design, placing functionality at the forefront.
Fouree-Tout Étrivère
Introducing the Fouree-Tout Étrivère, a sleek holdall that screams quiet luxury. Generous in proportions, the bag features clean lines and subtle seam detailing. Its upper half is structured with sturdy top handles for easy hand carry, while the main body remains soft and supple.
Complete with an adjustable wide strap, the bag can be worn on the shoulder or crossbody. Inside, there’s ample room, enough to accommodate more than 20 Mini Kelly 20s (and then some). Who knows, you might even discover PurseBop’s Studded Mini Kelly nestled within!

The Hermès Équipier Pouches, also known as the ‘Sac a Velo’, appear as a versatile accessory that seamlessly combines utility with luxury. Its design, specifically tailored for men’s bicycles, has a strategic weight distribution to ensure it fits comfortably across the bicycle bars.
Created with the modern man in mind, the smooth Calfskin construction adds a touch of luxury and also pays homage to Hermès’ heritage. This multi-functional pouch offers a diverse range of styling options – wristlet, clutch, crossbody, or on the shoulder.
