In Columbus the past week end Mrs. Miller viewed several residences, and is awaiting her husband's further investigations there before planning the move which probably will take place within month. The family now resides at 314 Pettue Street, having sold their home a year ago at 814 Young Street to Aubrey Ellis. The 'Miller family consists of Sherry, 13, Tommy, 9 and Carol, 8. Active in civic affairs and in church and other activities, Miller is a native of Plantersville, Dallas County.

Re-Hearing Appeal Of Bruner Pending Supreme Court, action on an apcomplication for a re-hearing for Jim O. Bruner, convicted of gaming charges, is still pending his attorney stated today. Hugh Mallory, who is representing the Embassy Club manager in the action, said the petition was filed after the top state court: denied a writ of certerari.
Bruner pleaded guilty to charges of keeping gaming tables and was fined and sentenced in Dallas County Circuit Court. In later ings, the Alabama Supreme Court upheld the lower court's action and on several later occasions has denied various writs and petitions presented by Bruner's attorneys.
